By using Dr.View Pharmacy, you agree to provide accurate account, prescription, delivery and payment information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Medicines that require a valid prescription may be supplied only after appropriate prescription review. We may decline or cancel an item or order where a prescription is missing, invalid, unclear, expired or otherwise insufficient.
Prices, pack sizes, availability, delivery estimates and product information may change. Where permitted by law, an order may be modified or cancelled if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Failed, reversed or refunded transactions may take time to reflect depending on the payment method or financial institution.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by serviceability, address accuracy, traffic, weather, product availability, prescription review or other operational factors.
Dr.View Pharmacy does not provide diagnosis and the app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist and the product label.
You are responsible for protecting your device, OTPs and account access. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
