You can request deletion of your Dr.View Pharmacy account and associated personal data.
Send an email from the email address associated with your account, where applicable, to drviewpharmacy@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Please include the mobile number used for the Dr.View Pharmacy account and enough information for us to verify the request. Do not send OTPs, card numbers, UPI PINs or other sensitive authentication credentials.
After successful verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and other personal data that is not required to be retained.
Certain order, payment, prescription, tax, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory records may need to be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law. Where possible, retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those obligations.
We will review verified requests within a reasonable period and may contact you if additional verification is needed.
