You may request cancellation before an order has progressed too far in fulfilment. Cancellation availability depends on order status, prescription processing and dispatch status.
If an order arrives with an incorrect, damaged or missing item, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution where eligible.
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines may not be eligible for return once delivered except where required by applicable law or where the item supplied is incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise eligible for a remedy.
Approved refunds are initiated to the applicable payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect can vary by payment provider, bank or payment method.
